The internet is changing constantly, but the standard is changing from HTML to XHTML using CSS. I have found some excellent CSS templates. However, these templates need some style, something that inspires and grabs the viewers attention. All my web sets will be created using CSS and XHTML 1.0 Transitional and the design requires two files. I hope you enjoy your stay here.
